Proper Management is key to regulating and ensuring Virtualization is being embraced, utilized, and producing the desired results. Leadership by example is also key; a Manager must be aware of how the virtual systems work, and when others have questions, provide the answers.

A common failing among companies relates to managers and other leadership figures not taking the time to understand the key processes necessary for every team member to be as productive as possible. We teach, train, and ultimately empower managers with this knowledge.
