—A company will know before moving ahead the costs of Virtualization. This protects the client from hidden fees and costs. —Virtualization can be different for every client. We’ve put together a baseline set of costs associated with certain Packages focusing on the number of users, but additional time could be necessary to address extended needs to a company. —This is why the initial consultation is so important. We know what questions to ask to understand exactly the best way to Virtualize your company. During this process, we learn if any additional work or systems may be necessary to complete the installation. —Any additional costs will be presented in the plan and reviewed by the Business for confirmation.

The below packages are presented as remote hosted solutions. Total Cost includes the cost of the Software & Technology, Consultation, Installation, Configuration, Training, Customization, and Support. Note Package Costs are based on “average” estimations. The initial Consultation will determine if any additional costs are necessary. If so, it will be made clear what those costs are and the purpose of those costs.

—Enterprise (Unlimited Member) —

  • With more than 100 members, extensive training and virtual systems
