The Process
Every Virtualization Package includes the following seven stages:
- Consultation - We spend time to review your business and all aspects of operation and technology currently being used. This gives us a clear picture of where you are, where you want to be, and how to get there.
- Planning - Once we understand your business, we create a specific Plan of execution for the business to approve.
- Installation - We execute the plan by first installing the technology based on the approved hosting and feature goals.
- Configuration – Once installed, we begin to configure the systems per the needs of the Client. This stage introduces and teaches the new Virtual Systems to the business leaders and team members, and is the most critical stage of all.
- Training – is what makes the difference between success and failure.
- Customization - Based on the plan, and often the feedback from training and the first use of the systems by the company, we perform any custom adjustments, both planned and unplanned.
- Support - Once the Customization is finished, Virtualization is complete. However, there are often times after a company begins to use the system and questions or problems may arise; for this reason each package has a support structure to ensure the company gets the help it needs.
